Time management is the process of planning and controlling your day to become productive and efficient. Good time management enables YOU to complete more in a shorter period of time, lowers stress, and leads to career success.


During this program you discover the principles of time management, understand why multitasking doesn't exist and is a very ineffective way to work, and how to effectively schedule your time to become more productive and efficient.


This program will have a duration of a 1x day workshop in which we are closely working together to learn to budget your time in a way that aligns with your personal and professional priorities and select the appropriate steps in order to get tasks completed efficiently.


The principles can be embedded across platforms. If your company uses Microsoft Outlook, the workshop can be extended to include training in using Outlook in a much more efficient manner to achieve a productive day, week, month and year.

BEAT PROCRASTINATION

"I'm too tired to go to the gym today" or "This task can wait till i get back to the office tomorrow". You might avoid work entirely and scroll social media so you don't get anything done. Scrolling social mediad and putting off work might seem satisfying in the moment, but it's self-sabotaging. You'll start feeling guilty, because you didn't  finish your work, which then  stresses you, and then you tell yourself that it's not your fault or even worse start blaming someone else. It can cost you your professional reputation in the short term and maybe your job in the long term.


What are the reasons for not showing up and doing what we know is the right thing? When we have all the competencies needed to achieve great results; why are we not applying ourselves, when we should? What's missing?


During this program you'll  discover the reasons behind procrastination, and understand why we don't apply ourselves, when we should, and learn how to effectively stop this bad habit and start achieving high performance and  become more productive and efficient.

The program can be extended with 3x months that will include follow up activity sessions every four weeks

100% - HOW TO WIN AS A TEAM


Employers who understand the benefits and challenges of teamwork in the workplace recognize that high-performing teams don’t just happen. Work teams need direction, structure and oversight to flourish. Team leaders must be aware of common teamwork issues and intervene early before team morale and productivity suffer.


"100% - How to win as a team" describes the concepts of owning ones responsibilities 100%; not less and not more. This means that if a team member is doing someone elses job, he's taking more than 100%, and that  is as bad as doing less then 100%.


During this program you'll discover the reasons for lack of cooperation in a team, and understand what principles that can be used to create a culture of individual responsibility resulting in high performance as a team.


This program is split into 2x 4-5 hour workshops. In the first workshop we'll work together to understand the concepts behind the 100% and we'll create a list of specific subjects and actions that should be carried out to achieve high performance in the team. The second workshop is to follow up on the activities and understand what went well and still needs to be improved to move you towards becoming a high performance team achieving your goals. The program can be extended with 3x months that will include follow up activity sessions every four weeks
